Children's Story- Challenging Eliya
My name`s Eliya and I`m 14 years old, studying in Class 7. I was brought to CFO a few years ago after my father died. My mother could not make a living and care for me and my sister at the same time. She wanted to try to earn money in another country and admitted us at CFO-Children`s Home. My smaller sister Som Maya was adopted by a very nice family in Germany. She is happy there and I got photos of her regularly, sometimes even small presents. And then: in 2012 my small sister came to Nepal with her adoptive mother. We spent two weeks together, went to Lumbini and to Pokhara. I ws very happy about this. The next year however, I found it difficult to stay in the Children`s Village and took a time off. To find the right way is a difficult task indeed and I am trying my best.
